$65 per player (Non-Member)
$45 per player (Walking Member)
$25 per player (Cart Member)

Entries will not be accepted without handicaps and entry fee from both players. Pairings may be requested but are not guaranteed.

Entry form and fee must be received no later than October 8th at 6:00pm. Late entries may be accepted for an additional $10.00.  Field will be limited to 50 teams.
